Release From Liability Waiver
By ordering/purchasing Outer Limit Supply First Aid Kits you warrant that you have the required training and authorization to use the medical supplies contained within. Outer Limit Supply assumes no liability for their misuse.
The purchaser also assumes any and all liability for events arising from their use of the products and will not hold any person or business associated with Outer Limit Supply, LLC nor the company of Outer Limit Supply, LLC, civilly or criminally liable.
Items may be substituted by Outer Limit Supply for an equal or better item without notice on occasion.
Sales and Coupons
Occasionally Outer Limit Supply offers sales on specific products. These are reduced-price items that are separate from coupon discounts. When purchasing a sale item, please note that they cannot be combined with other offers or coupon codes.
Outer Limit Supply is open 9am-5pm MST (M-F) and closed on weekends and holidays.
When at all possible Outer Limit Supply will ship via United Parcel Service (UPS). All orders should ship within 72 hours. We will not ship orders to any US-based address if the billing information is outside of the US. These orders will be cancelled.
Returns are accepted, as long as the products have not been opened and a Quick Release Mounting System has not been installed. Our return policy is valid for 14 days after the item(s) has been purchased. You must obtain a Return Authorization number before shipping your item back, or your return will not be accepted.
To obtain a Return Authorization number, please contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org).
You are responsible for shipping the item back to Outer Limit Supply. Again, the item must be brand new and unused. There is a 5% restocking fee on non-defective items. Once Outer Limit Supply has received the item(s) a refund will be issued in the same form of payment which was received. Outer Limit Supply does not reimburse shipping costs and strongly recommends that you insure any package being returned. If your return is lost or damaged there is nothing Outer Limit Supply can do.
If the mistake is ours, Outer Limit Supply will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Please contact us for details (email@example.com). Returns must be received within 30 days of when the return authorization number was issued. After 30 days the RA number will become void.
Exchanges or defective items
Exchanges are welcome as long as they are done within 14 days and the product is in new/unopened condition.
You must obtain a Return Authorization number before shipping your item back, or your exchange will not be accepted.
To obtain a Return Authorization number, please contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org). There are no restocking fees for exchanges with items of equal or greater value, although shipping charges do apply. If the item is defective, Outer Limit Supply will provide you with a prepaid mailing label. Once the exchange or defective item is received by our shipping department we will ship your order.
Outer Limit Supply strongly recommend you insure any package being returned. If your return item(s) is lost or damaged there is nothing we can do.
If you use a Outer Limit Supply kit to save a life, let us know! Send us official documentation and we will gladly replace whatever components you have used free of charge.
**Customer proof of purchase required.**
Outer Limit Supply does not cover, nor will we be responsible for, replacement of any of the components of the kit if they are damaged/worn from normal “wear and tear”, misuse/abuse, or modification.
