  1. Shoot us an email or give us a call 72 hours or more before the class start time:
  2. Please be prepared to provide:
    • Your name
    • The class or event title and date
    • Credit card/PayPal information 

Cancellation & Transfer Policy for Paid Classes:

Cancellations

  • To receive a full refund for a paid class, you must cancel your registration 72 hours or more before the class start time.
  • Refunds will not be granted for registration cancellations placed less than 72 hours before the class start time.
  • Classes that are cancelled by Outer Limit Supply will be refunded in full, regardless of the timeframe. Inclement weather does not necessarily cancel an event; Outer Limit Supply will contact you if the event is cancelled.

Transfers

  • To transfer your paid class registration to an alternate date, you must contact Outer Limit Supply 48 hours or more before the class start time.
  • Registration transfers must be for a future date of the same class. Transfers will not be granted for requests less than 48 hours before the class start time.
